Upcoming Courtdate - Round Two

Well we are about to go swimming as it is 3:00 p.m. here at the time, but I wanted to update you and request your prayers as tomorrow we go back to the same judge with the people he requested. We will be leaving between 5-6 a.m. to travel into Kampala for the hearing. We are praying that the judge will approve us tomorrow so that we can begin our US immigration work which is backed up at this time. It is never a sure thing until the judge issues his ruling and we got off to a bad start with our first go around, so I am nervous a little bit and anxious to get this part of the process behind us. Please pray that the judge will rule in our favor and allow us to be legal guardians and that he would give his ruling very soon (Monday or Wednesday). We covet your prayers. Also, Gayla is getting weary she told me today and we are both very tired - this process is long and nothing is easy. So, again we covet your prayers and love you very much.

  2. You all hang in there!!! Rest and sleep as you can, even like Boe and Papa do. You are almost to the finish of your trip now and God is still walking with you. So many people in Decatur are praying for you too. Remember that bumps in the road mean "celotex on the walls for a little longer!!" That training or experience was for patience building. (we hope so) We love you---Mom and Deddy!

  6. Hey Guys! Pam strained a muscle in her back yesterday so we were awake most of the night so I prayed nearly all night back and forth from you guys to Pam. We are trusting God to heal Pam (I've never seen her in this much pain) and to clear Zuri to your guadianship. We love you - Connie
